Dear friends of Bill,I am proud to unveil the Legend of Bill website! It’s my pleasure to give you a sneak peek into things to come here! The strip will launch with strip #1 Tuesday, May 27, and will run twice weekly, every Tuesday and Thursday. I invite you to visit Bill, Frank and Gina (who will make her appearance a little later in the strip) now, poke around, make yourself at home (as it IS YOUR realm afterall to explore), read about the strip, and help support a cartoonist in bringing some characters who have lived in his sketchbooks for a very long time to life. I cannot wait to show you what’s in store.
See you in the realm of Bill!
- David

I've joined forces with a group of cartoonist friends not unlike the Justice League of comics called "Tall Tale Features!"
Today is opening day and I hope you'll all head on over and check it out. Tall Tale Features is a group of well-known (in both print syndication and webcomics) and professionally-minded cartoonists who have banded together to say "Hey, quality webcomics found here!"This is illustrious group consists of:
• Lucas Turnbloom of Imagine This• Brian Anderson of Dog Eat Doug• David Reddick of Legend of Bill• Mike Witmer of Pinkerton• Scott Metzger of Stewart• Brock Heasley of The SuperFogeysYeah, that's some serious talent up there. Head on over to TALL TALE FEATURES to find links to each one and check 'em out. Quality stuff! What else can Tall Tale offer you? Glad you asked. On the main page you're going to find a frequently updated blog filled with news about your favorite comics, pop culture musings and whatever else we feel like talking about. It's also your source for the latest news on all the Tall Tale comics. Getting into the site a bit more, you'll find bios of each of the creators on Tall Tale and a link to "TTF Radio" a podcast that will be starting up shortly, hosted by Tom Racine (of Comics Coast To Coast) and featuring the Tall Tale crew on a rotational basis. But the heart and soul of Tall Tale Features has got to be the FORUM. There you'll find separate forums for all your favorite Tall Tale webcomics, along with other forums for discussing nonsense, movies, etc....and a place to plug your own work, too!So, without further ado, Tall Tale officially kicks off today so now's a great time to get in there, register on the forums and start being a part of things. We expect big things ahead and hope you'll be there for the ride, and join us in the fun!
Yours in Comics,
A new Legend of Bill desktop wallpaper I'm working on to celebrate Bill's launch (uber-soon!)

A Sorceress from "Legend of Bill" ... decided to ink her up... in my comics writing for Bill, she has emerged as a woman who may very well be inexplicably in love with our hero! So, watch your back, Bill!
Been missing "The Trek Life," my thrice-weekly comic strip I did for CBS/STARTREK.COM for 2 1/2 years, so to help my withdrawal, I think I'll post a few strips here and there from 1 year ago this time, just for the fun of it. Hope you like 'em, and if you're not familiar with The Trek Life, hit the link and check 'em out! And be sure to check out Star Trek Magazine at your local bookstore for a new "The Trek Life" in every issue too!
A TOTALLY different type of sketch than what I typically post here... something I sketched at a local park ... I have always loved this scene ... and you can't beat it when you have some geese who actually relatively stand still (for the most part! The beauty of it is, when one moves, you just look at another and can MOSTLY extrapolate the pose!)

Hello, friends, comics fans and gamers! Head out to your local comics shop or gaming store and check out the brand-spanking new issue of Knights of the Dinner Table magazine (#137), featuring the first PRINT installment of my comic strip "Legend of Bill!" I'm very happy to be in the mag, as KODT has been a staple of my reading for some time. Jolly Blackburn and friends sure run a fine mag over there at Kenzer & Co., and really know how to pack a lot of fun into it. And while you're thinking about it, visit their website too! LOADS of stuff to see and do!
As many of you know, I've been working diligently on my "Legend of Bill" webcomic, and it will soon be unveiled! The Legend of Bill site will soon be up, and Bill, Gina and Frank will all be finding a weekly home at none other than SoulGeek.com! So, keep your eyes peeled, and your swords sharpened!
A sketched piece from a Legend of Bill strip I've been working on ... I am building up a nice batch before Bill launches for all the world to see! ;-)
